How to Use Content to Boost Awareness and Show Up in Google + AI Search (Week of July 21–25)

How to Use Content to Boost Awareness and Show Up in Google + AI Search (Week of July 21–25)

Search has changed — and so has content marketing.

Today, winning brands are showing up not just on Google's front page, but also in zero-click results, AI chat answers, and YouTube search.

At B2The7, we're using content to do exactly that.

Here's our weekly content playbook for visibility and impact:

Monday: Show Up in Zero-Click Searches

The Strategy:

Google and ChatGPT often provide answers directly, without requiring users to click through to them.

That's your opportunity to be the answer.

Action Plan:

Create FAQ-style blog posts by addressing the questions your customers frequently ask. Keep answers short and structured.

Add schema markup to increase the chances of appearing in featured snippets or AI search answers.

"What's the best way to increase local SEO visibility?"

"How do I create a lead magnet?"

Pro Tip:

These same snippets are what AI chat tools like Bing Chat and ChatGPT (when browsing) use for quick answers.

Tuesday: Build Topic Clusters, Not Random Posts

The Strategy:

Authority matters more than volume. One-off blogs don't rank well, but topic clusters do.

Action Plan:

Pick a pillar topic (like "marketing automation") and build out 4–5 supporting posts around it:Tools comparison

  • Workflow breakdown

  • Common mistakes

  • Case studies

  • How-to guides

Result:

Google sees your site as a trusted authority.

AI tools recognize depth and relevance, and will draw from you more often.

Wednesday: Use YouTube to Be Discoverable

The Strategy:

YouTube is the second-largest search engine, and it's now part of Google+ + AI search results.

Action Plan:

Record short, searchable videos that answer a specific question.

Title them clearly ("How to automate email marketing in 2024") and embed them in related blog posts.

Why It Works:

You get indexed by Google, suggested by YouTube, and summarized by ChatGPT.

Thursday: Post Where Search Engines Crawl

The Strategy:

Some platforms are built for visibility. Some are not.

Action Plan:

  • Republish your top-performing blog content (or social content) on platforms like:

  • LinkedIn Articles

  • Medium

  • Your company blog

  • YouTube (video version)

Always include a canonical tag or a backlink to avoid duplicate content issues.

Bonus:

This creates multiple doorways for people (and bots) to discover your brand.

Friday: Refresh Old Content to Climb Rankings

The Strategy:

Old content can get buried — or resurrected.

Action Plan:

Use Google Search Console to find older posts with declining traffic.

  • Update:

  • Headlines

  • Internal links

  • 2024 data

  • CTAs

  • Images

  • Then reindex the page in Google Search Console.

Why It Works:

Updated content often ranks higher and performs better than brand-new posts.

💭 Final Thought:

You don't need more content.

You need smarter content that works across channels, search engines, and AI interfaces.

Let B2The7 help you build that visibility — piece by piece, week by week.
